Ken Armstrong, RN, BSN, MS graduated from nursing school at El Centro College in Dallas, Texas and
has received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Villa Julie College
in Stevenson, Maryland. Armstrong received his Masterfs of Science and
Post Graduate Teaching Certificate from the University of Maryland Baltimore.
He is full time nursing faculty for Prince Georgefs Community College and
adjunct nursing faculty for Anne Arundel Community College.
Armstrong studied dance at North Lake College, Dance Fusion and under the
direction of J. Davis Hobdy. Ken has served on the Board of Directors for
PIECES as well as having been rehearsal director for works choreographed
by Barbara Charlebois, Alicia Adame, Andrea Beckham, and Rev. Diana Holbert.
He has also designed and constructed costumes for the company. He has performed
with PIECES and County Dance Conservatory in the USA and in Europe.

| On May 27, 1999, along with Mr. Hobdy and PIECES, he was honored by the Dallas Independent School Board with a Resolution for consistent teaching of multi cultural movement for the physically and mentally challenged students at the E. D. walker Special Education Center. Armstrong has been a member of the International Dance Council-CID UNESCO. Ken is the Managing Director for County Dance Conservatory. |
